Learn to trust your awareness, assess situations rapidly, create effective boundaries, and act on your own behalf in a safe, supportive environment.Our 5-Week Women's Self-Defense course meets on Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 8:45pm at our school located at 4231 SE Hawthorne Blvd.Proof of vaccination is required to attend. Please send a picture of your vaccine card to staff@onewithheart.com before the first day of class. We are still strongly encouraging masks at this time, though optional.This class is open to all femme-identifying and nonbinary people ages 12 and up. Ages 12 to 15 must enroll with a parent or guardian.We offer second chances if something causes you to miss a class session! Just let our staff know in the event of an absence and you'll be allowed to attend that class of our next self defense series to get your full program.We look forward to meeting you!
