Learn to trust your awareness, assess situations rapidly, create effective boundaries, and act on your own behalf in a safe, supportive environment. Our 5-Week LGBTQ+ Self-Defense course meets on Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 8:45pm at our school located at 4231 SE Hawthorne Blvd. Proof of vaccination is required to attend. Please send a picture of your vaccine card to staff@onewithheart.com before the first day of class. Masks are preferred. Participants who are sick should stay home and let the school know. This class is open to all LGBTQAI+ people ages 12 and up. Ages 12 to 15 must enroll with a parent or guardian. We look forward to meeting you!
