White Crane Kicking Camp
Soar through the air on white crane wings in this 5-day camp! We’ll play games to practice our balance and our kicks. Pukulan fighters use fast crane kicks and powerful wing strikes to both attack and defend.
Come learn moves like spinning wheel kicks, crane drinks water, and powerful crane stomps. You’ll practice high stepping and jumping over a staff to build strong legs and be able to leap over opponents kicks and sweeps. You’ll even use your crane wings to break wooden boards to take home to show parents and friends!
You’ll join the other kids in your group to learn crane-style martial arts and get stronger and faster. All while playing games and having a ton of fun in the park! When you finish the camp, you’ll earn your white belt and be invited to continue training at One With Heart!
