Lightning-Fast Sticks & Swords Camp
Begin your journey in the Filipino martial art of escrima in this 5-day camp! Earn your rattan sticks by playing games and completing challenges that teach you how to strike and parry. You’ll also practice fun striking patterns and fighting basics with your teammates, and you’ll even get to decorate your sticks.
Training with sticks also builds the strength and skills to being learning the weapons art of the sword.
This camp is a favorite and it fills up fast! When you finish the camp, you’ll earn your white belt and be invited to continue training at One With Heart.
