It's Pukulan fun for the whole family on May 16 from 12-2 pm. This seminar puts a twist on martial arts instruction - we want kids to show their parents how to soar like the crane, stalk like a snake, pounce like a tiger, and leap like a monkey and demonstrate strikes, blocks, sweeps, crawls, and more. Best yet, this will be led by one of One With Heart's parent/child duos, Bantu Quinn & Mas Cody! There will be games, obstacles, and oodles of fun paired with Pukulan basics that are good for the mind, body, and soul.
No experience from parent or child required, but children must be accompanied by a registered parent.
